Welcome to the Fast Dumpster Saginaw family. We keep this short, fair, and in plain Michigan English. No legal mumbo-jumbo unless we absolutely have to.
We show up on time. We drop the dumpster where you need it. We haul it away when you’re done. That’s the deal.
1. Who We Are
We are a local, family-run dumpster rental company based in Saginaw, Michigan. Fully insured. Proudly serving homeowners, contractors, and businesses throughout Saginaw County and nearby areas.
2. Services We Provide
We provide roll-off dumpster rentals for home cleanouts, renovations and remodels, construction and demolition, roofing projects, yard waste and landscaping, concrete and heavy debris, and office and commercial cleanups. If it needs to be hauled, we probably handle it.
3. Scheduling & Delivery
We deliver on your scheduled date and time window. Same-day or next-day delivery is available based on availability. Weather, traffic, or emergencies may cause delays, but we will always keep you informed. Pickup is scheduled when you’re finished or at the end of your rental period.
4. Pricing & Payment
All pricing is quoted upfront with no surprises. Payment is due before or at delivery. Additional charges may apply for overweight loads, prohibited items, or extended rental days. We accept cash, card, and approved electronic payments.
5. Access to Your Property
You agree to provide a clear, level drop-off location, unlocked access if gates are involved, and proper placement instructions if you’re not present. If the truck can’t access the site, a trip or relocation fee may apply.
6. Prohibited Materials
You may not put paint, chemicals, solvents, tires, batteries, propane tanks, hazardous or flammable waste, asbestos, or medical waste in the dumpster. If prohibited items are found, additional disposal fees will apply.
7. Our Service Promise
If we place the dumpster in the wrong spot, deliver the wrong size, or miss a pickup, call us immediately and we’ll make it right. No attitude. No runaround. That’s how local businesses stay in business.
8. Cancellations
You may cancel 24 hours before delivery for a full refund. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee. If delivery is blocked on arrival, a trip charge may apply.
9. Damage & Liability
We carry full insurance. If we damage something because of our mistake, we fix or replace it. We are not responsible for damage caused by unstable ground, customer placement requests, weather-related issues, overloaded dumpsters, or acts of God such as storms or flooding.
10. Safety
Do not climb inside the dumpster. Do not move the dumpster after placement. Keep kids and pets away. Do not overload above rim level. Safety keeps everyone happy and injury-free.
11. Photos & Reviews
We may take before and after photos of jobs for training or marketing. We never post your address or private details without permission.
12. Changes to These Terms
If we update these terms, we’ll update the Last Updated date at the top. Continued use of our services means you agree to the new version.
