1. Service Agreement & Estimates
All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and what we see at the delivery site. Final charges may vary slightly due to access issues, ground conditions, overweight loads, or prohibited materials. We always explain any additional charges before applying them.
Prices shown on this website are for general reference only. Your final price is confirmed in writing when you approve your rental.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is due before or at the time of dumpster delivery unless you are on a pre-approved commercial account. We accept cash, card, and approved electronic payments. Returned or failed payments may be subject to additional processing fees. Past-due balances may delay future service.
3. Weather & Scheduling
Michigan weather doesn’t always cooperate. Snow, ice, heavy rain, or severe storms may delay delivery or pickup. If this happens, we will contact you and reschedule as soon as it is safe to operate, usually within 1–3 business days. There is no extra charge for weather-related delays.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our service. If the dumpster is placed incorrectly, the wrong size is delivered, or a scheduled pickup is missed, contact us immediately and we will make it right as quickly as possible.
5. Property Access & Safety
You are responsible for providing safe, clear access to the drop-off location. Please secure pets, clear obstacles, and inform us of soft ground, underground utilities, low wires, or tight spaces. We are not responsible for damage caused by unstable surfaces or unmarked hazards.
We are fully insured for general liability and employee safety for your protection.
6. Load Limits & Responsible Use
Dumpsters must not be overloaded beyond the rim. Only approved materials may be placed inside. Hazardous waste, chemicals, tires, batteries, asbestos, propane tanks, and medical waste are strictly prohibited. Additional fees will apply if prohibited items are found.
7. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your rental with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund. Same-day cancellations or blocked delivery sites may result in a service or trip fee. Long-term or commercial rentals may have separate cancellation terms.
8. Photos & Reviews
We may take delivery or pickup photos for training, documentation, or marketing. We will never share your address or personal information without your permission. Reviews are always welcome, and yes, we read every single one.
